In addition the contract shall include the receipt of asphalt flakes for reuse where this is professionally and practically suitable. What is requested is a delivery that together gives the municipality stable access to the necessary masses, appropriate capacity and a system that supports the municipality ́s goal of quality, efficient use of resources and increased reuse. Framework agreement The procurement will be regulated by the attached framework agreement, with the accompanying standard terms. The framework agreement period is from 19.12.2026 - 18.12.2028, with an option for the contracting authority to extend the framework agreement for a further 1+1 year. The contracting authority will enter into parallel agreements with two or more tenderers, if a sufficient number of qualified tenderers submit tender offers. Call-offs shall be made at the framework agreement supplier who has the shortest transport distance between the stated production facility and the delivery place. The transport distance is calculated as the shortest driveable stretch on the public road network by using Google maps. Transport distances will be seen as almost the same if the difference is less than 5 km. At approximately equal transport distance, the highest ranked tenderer after the award of competition shall be used. If the chosen tenderer documents a lack of capacity, cannot deliver within the requested date or in writing justifies other conditions that make delivery impossible, the Contracting Authority can correct the enquiry to the next tenderer in the ranking.
