Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – TNW_TWP_Stadtwerke Waldkirchen_Sanierung des Karoli-Badeparks Waldkirchen

The Stadtwerke Waldkirchen, a municipal enterprise of the City of Waldkirchen, intends to carry out the comprehensive renovation of the Karoli Badepark at VdK-Heim-Straße 3 in 94065 Waldkirchen. Funding from two different funding sources (EFRE and RÖFE) is sought. The focus of the overall measure is on the technical and energy-related renewal of the indoor pool. Services for structural design planning according to §§ 49 ff. HOAI in phases 1 to 6 and Special Services in phase 8 are to be commissioned. The commissioning will be carried out in stages. In the event of a contract being awarded, phases 1 to 2 will initially be commissioned. The awarding of further phases will be decided by the contracting authority according to the project progress (staged commissioning).
