The target of the dynamic purchasing system (DPS) is the procurement of data centre infrastructure equipment (e.g. servers, storage and backup devices, integrated solutions and data centre network devices) and related accessories and services. The target of the DPS is described in more detail in the invitation to participate and its annexes, especially in the annexes "Target of the Dynamic Purchasing System" and "Services and their minimum requirements". During the validity of the DPS, all interested candidates may submit an application to participate in it. The DPS is in force until the date indicated in the contract notice, unless it is terminated or amended while the DPS is in force. Hansel Oy's customers carry out procurements among the approved candidates in the DPS through internal competitions, which may take place throughout the entire procurement phase of the DPS. The procurement phase of the DPS begins after the establishment phase on 30.9.2026 and ends when the validity period of the DPS ends. Procurement contracts may be in force until 30.9.2032 at the latest. Apart from the above, the procurement contract is otherwise in force as long as services that are the target of the dynamic purchasing system (e.g. maintenance and support services or recycling services) are procured for the products procured on the basis of it. The estimated total value of the dynamic purchasing system is a maximum of 150,000,000 euros (excluding VAT).
