Hungary – Vaccines – „HPV elleni oltóanyag"

The contracting authority initiates a negotiated procurement procedure under the EU procurement rules, in accordance with Article 85(1)(c) of the Public Procurement Act, for the purchase of a 9-component, 2-dose schedule HPV vaccine for 12-year-old routine vaccinations (recombinant, adsorbed). ATC code: J07BM. Total quantity: 237,500 doses + 190,000 doses option. The contracting authority, pursuant to Section 6(1) of Government Decree 16/2012 (II.16.), stipulates the obligation to provide a price reduction on the total quantity (base quantity + optional quantity) in accordance with the minimum 20% as specified in Section 2(1) of Government Decree 16/2012 (II.16.). The quantity of the offered price reduction must be delivered in addition to the total quantity (base quantity and optional quantity) stated in the procurement. The quantity of the offered price reduction must be ensured in each delivery according to the ratio of the offered price reduction for both the base and optional quantities. If the contracting authority uses only part of the optional quantity, the price reduction must still be provided in the ratio offered for the part of the optional quantity used. The contracting authority determined the quantity of the optional part with regard to Section 6(2) of Government Decree 16/2012 (II.16.).
