Romania – Construction supervision services – Servicii de dirigenție de șantier și servicii de supervizare pentru investițiile derulate de Municipiul Craiova, Lotul 1,Lotul 2,Lotul 3

The contracting authority intends to conclude one framework agreement for each of the 3 lots, for a period of 48 months, with the object being Site management services and supervision services for the investments carried out by the Municipality of Craiova: Lot 1: Supervision and management services for rehabilitation, modernisation, consolidation, extension, existing construction, new construction and demolition works in the field of civil engineering (with the exception of historic monuments); Lot 2: Supervision and management services for rehabilitation, modernisation, consolidation, extension, existing construction, new construction and demolition works in the field of road infrastructure (with the exception of historic monuments); Lot 3: Supervision and management services for rehabilitation, consolidation, conservation, restoration, extension of investment objectives - historic monuments, in accordance with the requirements of the terms of reference no. 27773/17.09.2026Rev.2. The services that are the object of the framework agreement are detailed in the terms of reference no. 27773/17.09.2026Rev.2. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities during the Framework Agreement, as well as for each subsequent contract, for each lot, are in accordance with the Annexes of the Terms of Reference no. 27773/17.09.2026Rev.2. These quantities represent estimates of the quantities that may be requested for the entire duration of the framework agreement, which may be less than, equal to or greater than those estimated, depending on the needs of the contracting authority. The modification of the Framework Agreement/Public Procurement Contract, during its period of validity, is made under the conditions provided for in Article 221 of Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions. The modification of the Framework Agreement/Public Procurement Contract, during its period of validity, otherwise than in the cases and conditions provided for in Article 221 of Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, is carried out by organising a new award procedure, in accordance with the provisions of the law. Deadlines for submitting/responding to requests for clarifications/additional information: A. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160 (1) of Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. B. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160 (2) of Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, the contracting authority will transmit the consolidated response formulated to the requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, to the extent that they are transmitted within the specified period.
