Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Sanierung Torhaus, MRZ Cottbus

The subject of the procurement procedure is planning services for the heritage-compliant renovation and modernisation of the gatehouse of the Memorial Prison Cottbus. The listed existing building has a gross floor area (GFA) of approx. 1,130 m² and is to be developed into a visitor and education centre with exhibition, seminar and administration areas. The procurement procedure includes the lots of Building Design according to § 34 HOAI, Technical Equipment Design according to § 55 HOAI, and Structural Design according to § 51 HOAI, including building physics services (thermal protection and energy balancing according to GEG). The services are to be provided taking into account the requirements of heritage protection, accessibility, fire safety and the grant procedure according to BbgRZBau.
