Spain – Repair and maintenance services of video equipment – Servicio de mantenimiento y gestión del sistema de videovigilancia embarcada en la flota de autobuses de Guaguas Municipales, S.A.

The subject of the contract corresponds to the service of Maintenance and Management of an Onboard Video Surveillance System on the fleet of buses of Guaguas Municipales, S.A. This service includes the configuration and connection of the onboard systems to the control center via M2M communications, the extraction and delivery of the requested images, the comprehensive maintenance of all components of the CCTV system (onboard equipment, installations, communications, and control center), as well as the management and monitoring of the correct operation of the equipment, communications, and associated control platform. The maintenance will include both labor and the repair or replacement of faulty equipment and components, ensuring the correct functioning of the system at all times.
