Rental of entrance mats including delivery, laying, collection, washing, maintenance and replacement service to the activities of Umeå University. The contract shall cover approximately 95% of the entrances within the university's operational areas, including the Artistic Campus and Campus Örnsköldsvik. The supplier shall provide a needs-adapted mat service where the exchange frequency and number of entrance mats can vary during the contract period. The need may be affected by, among other things, the utilisation of the entrances, seasonal variations, renovations, changes in operations, as well as newly acquired or disposed of premises. The purchaser guarantees no volumes during the contract period. The current need covers approximately 100 entrance mats, which should only be considered as an approximate figure and does not constitute any commitment regarding future scope. The supplier shall ensure that the entrance mats at all times meet the agreed function and quality regarding dirt and moisture absorption, safety, cleanliness and general condition.
