Slovakia – Database software package – SW Maintenance databázového systému

The subject of the support for the provision of SW maintenance services for the database system (hereinafter referred to as "SW maintenance") is: a) the provision of updates, security patches and new software versions (part of the maintenance price) to the contracting authority or a third party appointed by it, b) ensuring the required response times for the provision of SW maintenance services according to Table No. 1 of the Subject of the Contract Description, c) providing the contracting authority or a third party appointed by it with a summary information on the release of new software versions or their updates by the manufacturer listed in Table No. 2 at least once per quarter, no later than 10 working days after the end of the previous calendar quarter, d) telephone or email support Helpdesk (including the Electronic System for Request Management, hereinafter referred to as "ESSP"), including the possibility of escalating the resolution of an incident to the manufacturer.
