Against the backdrop of rising disposal and energy costs for sludge treatment, the implementation of anaerobic sludge treatment at the Alsbach wastewater treatment plant, owned by the wastewater association, is being considered. The necessary modernization, new construction or renovation measures are to be developed. The use of a sludge storage tank as a potential digester, the construction of a pre-settling tank and the establishment of a stationary mechanical sludge dewatering system are to be taken into account. The services will be awarded in stages. The service phases 1 to 4 will be funded under the Directive on Federal Funding for Municipal Climate Protection (Municipal Directive) as part of the National Climate Protection Initiative (NKI) and will be ordered as the first stage. If the conditions set out in the Technical Annex of the Municipal Directive are met, service phases 5 to 9 will be ordered after positive approval by the funding authority. Services and service packages according to HOAI 2021 will be awarded for the following planning services for the overall project: Service package Technical Equipment Electrical, Measuring, Control and Regulating Technology (ESMR): Basic services for service phases 1-9, according to § 56 HOAI 2021, Section 1, Zone III.
