Belgium – Oxygen therapy unit – Raamovereenkomst voor langdurige zuurstoftherapie voor het Ziekenhuis Oost-Limburg

This public contract concerns the provision of long-term oxygen therapy to patients within the oxygen convention. More specifically, the supply and installation of the equipment, medical oxygen and accessories at the patients' homes, as well as the maintenance, follow-up and support of the patients, if applicable and according to the guidelines of the convention. More specifically, it concerns the supply and installation of: - Oxygen therapy with a stationary oxygen concentrator - Oxygen therapy with a stationary oxygen concentrator and refill compressor - Oxygen therapy with a stationary and portable oxygen concentrator - Oxygen therapy with a portable oxygen concentrator - Oxygen therapy with liquid oxygen The contractor also provides a digital follow-up platform. Ziekenhuis Oost-Limburg currently works with Pneumonline at the Sint-Jan campus. At ZOL Maas and Kempen, no digital follow-up system is currently in use. There is no mandatory transfer of existing patients to the successful contractor(s). Existing patients will continue to be cared for by their current healthcare provider. The distribution key included in the contract documents applies only to new patients who are started from the start of the framework agreement. The contracting authority reserves the right to decide otherwise in individual cases if this is deemed necessary in the interest of care continuity or the proper execution of the contract.
