Poland – Office supplies – 264/PN/2026- Dostawa artykułów biurowych i papierniczych oraz chemii gospodarczej dla UCK

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of office and stationery items, paper, thermal and thermo-transfer labels, and household chemical products for the UCK in the assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ. 2. The supply of office and stationery items, paper, thermal and thermo-transfer labels, and household chemical products will be carried out on the basis of partial orders. Max delivery time: 5 working days from the date of the order. The ordered assortment The Contractor will be obliged to deliver at their own expense to the Warehouse of the Supply and Transport Department. 3. The Purchaser allows the submission of partial tenders. The Purchaser allows the submission of partial tenders. By the term partial tender, the Purchaser understands the individual packages determined below: Package 1 – Supply of office and stationery items, paper, thermal and thermo-transfer labels. Package 2 – Supply of household chemical products. with the reservation that the Contractor may submit a tender for only one of the two packages mentioned above. The Purchaser does not allow the possibility of submitting by one Contractor a tender covering both Package 1 and Package 2 at the same time. In the event of a tender being submitted by the Contractor covering more than one package, all partial tenders submitted by that Contractor will be rejected under Article 226(1)(5) of the Pzp Act as not complying with the contract conditions specified in the SWZ. The Contractor submitting a tender for the selected package is obliged to submit the documents and declarations required in the SWZ accordingly for that package.
