Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of personal and property protection services in the buildings of the Tax Administration Chamber in Opole, within the Opole Voivodeship, and local alarm system monitoring services (via telephone lines) in accordance with the Act of 22 August 1997 on the protection of persons and property (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 532, as amended), consisting of: 1) permanent physical protection, 2) ad hoc physical protection, 3) monitoring of the intrusion and hold-up signalling system along with the operation of an intervention group, 4) monitoring of the fire signalling system, 5) key assistance. The procedure for awarding a public contract for social services and other special services is conducted in the form of an unrestricted tender, as referred to in Article 132 in conjunction with Article 359(1) of the Act of 11 September 2019 on Public Procurement (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793, as amended). The ordering party informs that in this procedure it applies the simplified procedure, as referred to in Article 360 of the PPA, provided for social services and other special services. Acting under Article 360 of the PPA, the ordering party does not apply: the provisions related to the obligation to submit a declaration, as referred to in Article 125(1) of the PPA, on the form of the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) and the provisions regarding minimum deadlines for submitting tenders, setting the deadline for submitting tenders taking into account the time necessary for the preparation and submission of tenders.
