1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of passenger cars along with the performance of the tasks specified in the contract documents (Section 1 of the draft contract terms, Annex 2 to SWZ) in the quantities specified in Annex 1 to SWZ - Print Offer. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract and the detailed requirements regarding the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 3 to SWZ - Operational and Technical Requirements together with OPZ. 3. The conditions for the execution of the contract are specified in the draft contract terms constituting Annex 2 to SWZ. 4. The contracting authority reserves the right to exercise the option in the quantities indicated in the contract documents. 5. In order to confirm that the offered deliveries meet the requirements specified by the contracting authority, the contracting authority requires the submission of the relevant evidence described in the contract documents. 6. The contracting authority informs that it envisages a call to supplement the relevant evidence in the event that the contractor does not submit them with the offer or the relevant evidence submitted with the offer are incomplete. 7. The contracting authority requires the submission of a bid bond in the amount specified in the contract documents. 8. The contracting authority requires the submission of a guarantee of proper performance of the contract before signing the contract. 9. The contracting authority envisages the possibility of invalidating the procedure under Article 257 of the Pzp Act in the event that the public funds, which it intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract, are not granted to it.
