The subject of the contract is the "Delivery of a Special Vehicle", i.e. a sewer cleaning vehicle of the combined type for cleaning and suctioning of sediments with a tank for waste. (cleaning + suction, in parallel), Chassis of the reinforced type adapted for movement on unpaved roads, the vehicle adapted for winter road maintenance – work with a snow plough. Vehicle of a simple and proven technical design, equipped exclusively with electronic systems required by law and necessary for the proper operation of the vehicle and special equipment. The contracting authority requires a vehicle characterised by high operational reliability, ease of use and a limited number of electronic systems that do not affect the basic functions of the vehicle, allowing in emergency mode manual control of the basic functions of the vehicle and equipment. Design solutions ensuring high durability and reliability during intensive municipal operation, enabling the performance of basic diagnostic and maintenance tasks without the need to use specialist tools or advanced electronic systems. 2. The contract includes the delivery of one vehicle and has not been divided into lots. The contract includes the delivery of one complete special vehicle with equipment. Dividing the contract into lots would be artificial, would prevent the proper execution of the contract and would lead to problems related to warranty and maintenance responsibility. 3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is the Description of the subject of the contract, while the draft provisions of the contract are specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ.
