Framework agreement for electronic payment services for local taxes and duties through the national electronic payment system (SNEP), in accordance with the specifications of the terms of reference. The estimated value of the framework agreement is between 29,538 lei and 1,741,728 lei excluding VAT. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests submitted within the timeframe set out in section I.3, namely 12 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with art. 160 and 161 of Law 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, when the procedure is an Open eTendering, with the conclusion of a framework agreement for four years. The frequency of concluding subsequent contracts is a minimum of 2 subsequent contracts per year, within the needs of the contracting authority and the approved budget funds. The minimum value of the subsequent contract is 3,692 lei excluding VAT and the estimated maximum value of the subsequent contract is 217,716 lei excluding VAT.
