DB Energie GmbH plans the new construction of the Stendal Converter Station. The investment amount for this project is estimated at EUR 111,454 million. Approximately EUR 15 million has already been settled via an existing contract. The newly tendered insurance contract will replace the existing contract. A currently planned construction period until 27.04.2029 is expected. The insurance contract will commence after the completion of the tendering procedure with the date of the award following a currently existing preliminary cover. (Type M) The liability insurance coverage amount per claim is EUR 25,000,000 in total for personal, property, and financial losses, including the benefits from the environmental liability insurance. In the professional indemnity insurance, a separate coverage amount per claim of EUR 10,000,000 in total for property and financial losses is available. The aforementioned amounts are tripled. The Extended Maintenance in the Construction and Assembly Insurance part amounts to 42 months. The subsequent liability in the liability insurance is 10 years, in the environmental liability and environmental damage insurance 5 years. The general deductible is at least EUR 25,000. The deductible is waived for personal injuries. In the professional indemnity insurance, the extended planning cover is included. As part of the extended planning cover, the deductible is EUR 100,000.
