Dataport is writing a framework agreement for the supply of monitors for IT workplace equipment. The subject of the service is a supply service. The service "workplace equipment" is provided by a Dataport service provider, the so-called Multi-Supplier Integrator (MLI). An Operation Level Agreement (OLA) must be concluded with the MLI, which includes the delivery and procurement of the hardware via the MLI. The contract period begins with the award, but no earlier than 01.01.2027 and has a duration of 4 years. The tendering procedure is carried out by Dataport to cover its own and customers' needs. The maximum value to be indicated in the EU notice for framework agreements is 150% of the awarded contract value. This means that the contracting authority will call off services from this framework agreement up to a maximum of 150% of the total tender sum.
