Belgium – Accommodation, building and window cleaning services – Raamovereenkomst voor schoonmaak en ramenwasdiensten in verschillende gebouwen en op diverse locaties over Vlaanderen

This contract concerns a framework agreement for the performance of cleaning and window-washing services in various administrative buildings and regional offices, which are primarily used for office activities, meetings and public reception. The framework agreement is concluded for a fixed period of one year and can subsequently be extended three times by one year, in accordance with Article 57 of the Wet overheidsopdrachten. The contract is divided into 4 lots due to the size, complexity and practical execution modalities. - Lot 1: Cleaning and service services in building at Wijgmaal 4B and 4C - Lot 2: Cleaning services at various locations - Lot 3: Window washing in building at Wijgmaal 4B and 4C - Lot 4: Window washing at various locations The contract can be performed for the following entities under SamenFerm: Ferm Kinderopvang vzw, Ferm Thuiszorg vzw, Immo Kwaliteitsfonds vzw, Ferm Huishoudhulp cv, Ferm vzw, Ferm Dienstencheques cv and SamenFerm fv, (acting on its own behalf and on behalf of all these entities).
