Sønderborg Municipality, hereinafter referred to as the "Client", is in the process of gradually replacing its current fossil fuel-driven car fleet with electric vehicles. The Client therefore wishes to establish a number of charging points dedicated to these vehicles at various locations in the municipality. The procurement of electric vehicles is not part of the current tender. The current tender concerns the delivery, installation and commissioning of charging points for some of Sønderborg Municipality's municipal vehicles. Furthermore, the tender concerns all necessary electrical work between the connection point and the charging points, as well as planning, design and execution of all excavation and restoration work necessary to establish the infrastructure. Finally, the tender also concerns service and maintenance of the charging points as well as delivery of a software solution for a 5-year period with the possibility of extension twice (2) for one (1) year. It is important for the Client to enter into a cooperation with an Operator who understands that the charging points are critical infrastructure, as part of the municipal fleet are home care vehicles used in a socially important task. Sønderborg Municipality will own the purchased charging units and charging stands etc. Furthermore, Sønderborg Municipality will pay the connection fees and the ongoing electricity consumption is billed directly with the electricity company. The contract concerns the following 4 locations in Phase 1 (a total of 196 charging points): • Care and Development – Home Care District Nordals, Nørreled 31, 6430 Nordborg • Care and Development – Home Care District Fjord, Skovgade 13, 6320 Egernsund • Care and Development – Home Care District Sydals, Tandsbjerg 10B, 6400 Sønderborg • Care and Development – Home Care District Alssund, Kongevej 19, 6400 Sønderborg Furthermore, there are the following options: • Option 1 concerns 2 locations (a total of 32 charging points) • Option 2 concerns 5 locations (a total of 26 charging points) • Option 3 concerns 2 locations (a total of 20 charging points) • Option A concerns 38 existing charging points, distributed across several locations, of the brand ABB, which the Client wishes to transfer to a joint operating system, if possible • Option B concerns 56 existing charging points, distributed across several locations, of the brand KEBA, which the Client wishes to transfer to a joint operating system, if possible In the tender material, both the terms "the Operator" and "the Contractor" are used. These terms are synonyms in the current material, and denote the winning tenderer, as well as their subcontractors, with whom a contract is entered into.
