Öresundskraft intends to procure framework agreements for the procurement of procurement consultants as needed. The purpose of the framework agreement is to enable Öresundskraft to strengthen its capacity during periods of high demand for Öresundskraft's procurement department. Öresundskraft conducts procurements in several different areas, which is why this procurement seeks general procurement consultants as well as consultants with specialist expertise in IT procurement and framework procurement, or other complex procurements/areas.
