For the safe and long-term operation of the ZRU, the following repair is envisaged: - removal of the compromised render from the facades and its restoration according to the existing pattern; - repainting of the facades; - replacement of the windows on the first floor of the ZRU with new ones and installation of 2 ventilation units; - replacement of the downpipes; - restoration of the terrace slab section; - cleaning from corrosion and new painting of the stairs and terrace parapet; - replacement of the glazing and door of the terrace on the second floor; - replacement of the parapet coping; - and others. For the safe and long-term operation of the KAS, the following repair is envisaged: - removal of the compromised render and application of new render; - application of insulation to the plinth and dormers from extruded polystyrene; - application of insulation from facade mineral wool; - replacement of the downpipes; - replacement of the windows on the second and third floors; - removal of metal profiles from terraces and their glazing; - dismantling, maintenance and installation of a split air conditioning system; - and others.
