Description

The procedure is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 11 September 2019 on Public Procurement (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793), hereinafter referred to as the PPA. The procedure is conducted in the form of an unrestricted tender in accordance with Article 132 of the PPA. The subject of the contract is as follows: a) collection, transport and disposal of post-consumer waste in Karczew, Otwock County; b) rental and maintenance of sanitary-hygienic devices in Karczew, Otwock County; c) collection and disposal of municipal waste in Karczew, Otwock County; d) rental of sanitary toilets and occasional washbasins for the needs of Military Unit No. 6021; divided into 5 (five) parts of the contract. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) code: 90511000 - 2 Municipal waste disposal service, 90533000 - 2 Waste management services, 90460000-9 Sewage control service and construction services in the field of sewage treatment, 90480000-5 Sewage management service. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annexes No. 1, 1.1 - 1.5. and No. 4.1. – 4.5. to the SWZ, i.e.: the Offer Form together with the assortment-price specification and the Draft Contract Terms. The Contracting Authority allows the submission of partial offers, each of which will be evaluated by the Contracting Authority separately, according to the rules described in the SWZ. The contract has been divided into parts, in accordance with the description contained in Annexes No. 1.1 - 1.5. to the SWZ. Each of the Contractors may submit an offer for any chosen part/parts. The Contracting Authority requires the submission of an offer for all the required positions listed in Annexes No. 1.1. – 1.5. to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the possibility of applying for the award of the contract exclusively by Contractors referred to in Article 94(1) of the PPA, i.e. those having the status of a protected employment establishment, social cooperatives and other Contractors, the main aim or main aim of the activity of their organisationally separate units, which will implement the contract, is the social and vocational integration of socially marginalised persons. [relates to Part I of the contract] The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ at least 2 (two) persons under an employment contract to perform the indicated activities within the scope of the implementation of the subject of the contract, i.e. collection and disposal of post-consumer waste, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in Article 22(1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labour Code. [relates to Part II of the contract] The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ at least 2 (two) persons under an employment contract to perform the indicated activities within the scope of the implementation of the subject of the contract, i.e. servicing shower-wash containers, shower-toilet-wash containers, toilet-wash containers for sanitary-hygienic security purposes, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in Article 22(1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labour Code. [relates to Part III of the contract] The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ at least 2 (two) persons under an employment contract to perform the indicated activities within the scope of the implementation of the subject of the contract, i.e. servicing portable VIP sanitary cabins and freestanding washbasins for sanitary-hygienic security purposes, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in Article 22(1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labour Code. [relates to Part IV of the contract] The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ at least 2 (two) persons under an employment contract to perform the indicated activities within the scope of the implementation of the subject of the contract, i.e. collection and disposal of municipal waste, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in Article 22(1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labour Code. [relates to Part V of the contract] The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ at least 2 (two) persons under an employment contract to perform the indicated activities within the scope of the implementation of the subject of the contract, i.e. servicing sanitary toilets and freestanding washbasins, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in Article 22(1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labour Code.
