The present consultation concerns the rehabilitation works for buildings B, C, H, L and the residential conversion of buildings H and L (150 dwellings) Résidence MERMOZ SUD - 15 to 21 rue de Narvik, 22 to 36 rue de Narvik, 38 to 44 rue de Narvik and 1 to 7 rue Jules Froment LYON 8ème. The contract is divided into 7 separate trade lots. The execution deadline(s) is set in the contract and cannot be changed in any way. For information, the start of the works is scheduled for: DECEMBER 2026. Overall deadline for the operation: 27 months, including the preparation period (3 months) from the order to start the works. A lump-sum, fixed price, revisable contract will be awarded for lot 2, entrusted to a single company or a group. A mixed price, revisable contract will be awarded for lots 1-3-4-5-6-7, entrusted to a single company or a group. In the event of a joint tender, the group leader will be jointly and severally liable for each of the members of the group.
