Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Originale-Rabattverträge 2026-03 - Dolutegravir/Rilpivirin (Wirkstoffkombination)

The participating funds aim to conclude discount contracts pursuant to § 130c para. 1 SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for Dolutegravir/Rilpivirine (active substance combination). The contract is concluded within the framework of the Open-House-Originale procedure of the participating funds: individual negotiations on contract contents are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The participating statutory health insurances do not guarantee any exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract period is a maximum of 24 months, beginning on 01.06.2026. The contract ends at the latest on 31.05.2028, irrespective of the date of the contract conclusion. In the event of patent expiry/expiry of market exclusivity before the aforementioned end date, the contract automatically ends with the expiry of the month of the patent expiry/market exclusivity. Joining this Open-House-Originale procedure is possible at any time during the contract period. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
