The present contract concerns insurance services (6 lots). The contract is launched as a purchasing group between the Commune of DECINES-CHARPIEU and its CCAS. The designated coordinator is the Commune of DECINES-CHARPIEU. The present contract is established according to the open procedure for competitive bidding in accordance with the provisions of Articles L2124-1, L2124-2, R2124-1, R. 2124-2-1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract is concluded for a duration of 4 years, starting on 1 January 2027 at 00:00 (or subsequently depending on the date of notification of the contract) and will end on 31 December 2030.
