Subject of these services: Conclusion of insurance contracts. This public contract is a contract for services and is concluded for Gemeente Alken and OCMW Alken. The subject of this public contract is the conclusion of the insurance policies for Persons, Material Damage, Liability, Car and Guaranteed Income. Gemeente Alken acts as a purchasing centre for this contract in the sense of art. 2, 6° of the law on public procurement of 17 June 2016. Lot 3 “Liability Insurance” • Sub-lot 1: General Civil Liability Insurance. • Sub-lot 2: Objective Liability Insurance for Fire & Explosion. • Sub-lot 3: Civil Liability Insurance for Mandatories. • Sub-lot 4: Accident and Civil Liability Insurance. • Sub-lot 5: Civil Liability Insurance – Political Refugees and Disadvantaged Families. • Sub-lot 6: Insurance for Use of Premises. Lot 4 “Car Insurance” • Sub-lot 1: Motor Vehicle Insurance (fleet). • Sub-lot 2: Omnium Insurance for Business Trips. Lot 5 “Guaranteed Income”
