Object planning services framework agreement for maintenance work for 2027 onwards. University of Stuttgart, Campus Vaihingen I, 70569 Stuttgart and Böblinger Str. 70-78 (Stuttgart) and Nielsenstraße 18 (Ostfildern). The intention is to award a framework agreement for object planning services for buildings and interiors for the planning and supervision of maintenance work in accordance with Part 3 Section 1 of the HOAI, for Campus Vaihingen I, 70569 Stuttgart and Böblinger Str. 70-78 (Stuttgart) and Nielsenstraße 18 (Ostfildern). The state-owned buildings are within the responsibility of the University Construction Office Stuttgart and Hohenheim and are used and managed by various institutions. The building stock consists of properties from the 19th century, some of which are listed, to new buildings. The campus of the University of Stuttgart-Vaihingen is an area in the district of Stuttgart-Vaihingen, where large parts of Stuttgart's research landscape have been concentrated since the 1950s. The following services may be required in essence: - Maintenance and renovation measures, some of which increase value - Implementation of changes of use and alterations to the buildings. The following building and user-specific peculiarities may need to be considered: - Hazards due to reconstruction measures in the 1950s to 1980s; - Monument protection; - Ongoing operation, necessity of observing examination periods; - Building physics requirements for fire protection, sound insulation, thermal insulation and moisture protection; - User-specific requirements, e.g. occupational safety, building safety; In situations where damage to the structure or other introduced objects is threatened, the contractor must immediately inspect the damage on site and initiate the necessary emergency measures. From Monday to Friday, an inspection must take place within one day at the latest in these cases. The maximum possible contract duration is 4 years until 31.12.2030.
