The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement with one participant for the maintenance and routine repairs of communications in the ownership of the contracting authority. This particularly concerns those activities which will be performed on an ongoing basis according to the current needs of the contracting authority: - maintenance and repairs of local and purpose-built communications with a bituminous surface, with cobblestone paving, with a gravel surface or an unhardened surface etc., including curbs, edgings and other communication accessories; - maintenance, repair and establishment of drainage of communications for the drainage of rainwater such as particularly gutters, street inlets etc.; - participation of the contractor in the control of the technical condition of local communications and in the processing of the repair plan proposal; A more detailed description of the contract is given in the tender documentation.
