The provision of the service of running municipal passenger transport in the city and municipality of Wieluń, on routes specified by the Contracting Authority, which form a comprehensive transport network, in accordance with the timetables specified by the Contracting Authority, on weekdays, Saturdays, and Sundays and holidays, in accordance with the SWZ, this OPZ, the annexes and the provisions of the contract. The contractor is obliged to provide the number of vehicles necessary for the proper implementation of all courses resulting from the timetable, with the minimum number of basic vehicles being 12 buses. a) Basic buses must have a minimum of 32 seats, including a minimum of 10 seats. b) At least 8 basic buses must have at least two doors on the right side of the vehicle, mechanically controlled by the driver, with each door equipped with a system for automatic return upon encountering resistance when closing, protecting the passenger from being trapped. c) Buses, as mentioned in point b, must be equipped with technical solutions enabling safe entry, exit and transport of people with disabilities or people with reduced mobility, in particular a foldable boarding ramp/board enabling the introduction of a wheelchair or another equivalent technical solution ensuring safe entry, exit and transport of such persons. These buses must also have a designated space for a wheelchair, if such an obligation arises from the construction and equipment of the vehicle. The number of kilometres within the planned transport based on the planned timetable is approximately, with the reservation of possible minor differences resulting from the organisation of the courses: on weekdays around 1 690 km per day, on Saturdays around 229 km, on Sundays and holidays around 250 km. The preliminary estimated number of bus-kilometres in the period of service provision is approximately 1 432 151 bus-km.
