Candidates/registrants are required, when requested, to share the information within the framework of this contract with Marsh. Law of 17 June 2016 on public contracts, and later amendments thereto; 2. Law of 17 June 2013 on the motivation, information and legal remedies in the field of public contracts, certain contracts for works, supplies and services and concessions, and later amendments thereto; 3. Law of 16 February 2017 amending the Law of 17 June 2013 on the motivation, information and legal remedies in the field of public contracts, certain contracts for works, supplies and services and concessions, and later amendments thereto; 4. Royal Decree of 18 April 2017 on public contracts in the classical sectors, and later amendments thereto; 5. Royal Decree of 14 January 2013 determining the general implementing rules of and later amendments thereto; 6. Royal Decree of 22 June 2017 amending the Royal Decree of 14 January 2013 determining the general implementing rules of public contracts and of concessions for public works and determining the date of entry into force of the Law of 16 February 2017 amending the Law of 17 June 2013 on the motivation, information and legal remedies in the field of public contracts and certain contracts for works, supplies and services, and later amendments thereto; 7. The other laws and Royal Decrees that will be adopted in the context of the transposition of Directive 2014/24/EU and that are in force at the time this contract is awarded; 8. General Regulation on Occupational Safety (ARAB), Welfare Act and Code on Welfare at Work; 9. Law of 11 February 2013 establishing sanctions and measures for employers of illegally residing third-country nationals, and later amendments. Concerning insurance 1. Royal implementing decisions of the Law of 25 June 1992 on the land insurance agreement, and later amendments thereto; 2. Law of 4 April 2014 on insurance, and later amendments thereto; 3. The decisions that will be taken for the implementation of the Law of 4 April 2014 on insurance and that are in force at the time the contract is awarded, and later amendments thereto. Concerning the protection of personal data 1. Law of 5 September 2018 establishing the information security committee and amending various laws on the implementation of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016; 2. The law of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and later amendments thereto; 3. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) which has been applicable since 25 May 2018; 4. The laws and decisions that will be adopted in the context of the protection of personal data. Additional regulation applicable to subcontractors The registrant to whom the contract is awarded will comply with the following provisions and ensure that they are complied with by any person acting as a subcontractor, in any phase, and any person providing staff for the execution of this contract: • all applicable obligations in the field of environmental, social and labour law laid down in the law of the European Union, national law, collective agreements or by international provisions in the field of environmental, social and labour law listed in appendix II of the Law of 17 June 2016; • all legal, regulatory or contractual provisions, both in the field of safety and hygiene and in the field of general employment conditions, whether they stem from the law or from joint agreements at national, regional or local level; • all legal, regulatory or contractual provisions concerning taxes and social security. The subcontractors called upon and those providing staff for the execution of this contract must, under the same conditions as the registrant to whom the contract is awarded, comply with the above-mentioned legal, regulatory or contractual provisions and ensure that they are respected by their own subcontractors and by any person providing staff.
