Germany – Operation of an educational centre – Landkreis Lindau, Dienstleistungen des Sozialwesens - Betrieb eines Schülerwohnheims

The subject of the present contract is the comprehensive operation of the Schülerwohnheim Lindau (Bodensee), Reutiner Straße 12, 88131 Lindau (Bodensee), as accommodation in a socially pedagogical supervised living form according to § 13 Abs. 3 SGB VIII. The scope of services includes all necessary services for proper operation, in particular management, pedagogical care of the students, administration of the residential operation, cleaning, household management including catering, as well as facility management and service services. Additionally, the contract includes the care and catering of students who are not accommodated in the Schülerwohnheim but in external accommodations, as well as the organisation and mediation of these external accommodations. Furthermore, it includes the provision of lunch in the Schülerwohnheim to other persons, in particular day students and teachers, within the available capacities of the kitchen and storage rooms.
