Czechia – Special medical building construction work – Rehabilitační ústav Brandýs nad Orlicí, výstavba nové budovy, KRANIOPROGRAM

The subject of the public contract is the construction of a new building for the Kranioprogram, which will connect to the existing "Parkpavilon" building via a new corridor, as well as new physiotherapy gyms and administrative spaces. The basement of the new building will house underground parking for both patients and employees, and spaces for backup electrical power sources. Furthermore, the subject of the public contract includes the reconstruction of the historic part of the building for the utilisation of freed-up spaces after operations have been moved to the new Kranioprogram building, increasing the capacity of facilities for staff, modernising operational spaces, and carrying out structural modifications necessary for the communication connection of both buildings. Additionally, the changes to the existing buildings include the expansion of accommodation capacities for clients.
