The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of collecting and managing all mixed municipal waste and selectively collected waste from property owners where residents of the Municipality of Tłuchowo live, as well as collecting and managing all selectively collected municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in Tłuchowo at ul. Leśnej. The estimated number of residents in the Municipality of Tłuchowo is 3 657, including 77 people in 4 multi-family buildings with more than 10 units, 77 people in 5 multi-family buildings with more than 3 units, and 3 503 people in 1 221 single-family buildings. The contracting authority has a PSZOK equipped with containers/ bins, ash collection bins, which the Contractor will be obliged to place at the indicated points in the Municipality of Tłuchowo. Furthermore, all inhabited properties are equipped with bins for the collection of mixed waste. Each inhabited property is equipped with a bin for the collection of unsorted waste. The Contractor will provide, without additional charges, bags intended for the selective collection of municipal waste for the duration of the subject contract. In the Municipality of Tłuchowo, there is a reduction for having a compost bin and composting bio-waste in it. According to the declarations submitted, all residents benefit from the reduction and will not hand over bio-waste for collection. Therefore, there is no need to supply bags for bio-waste.
