Purchase of disinfectants - Framework Agreement - 36 Months - 5 Economic Operators

The products included in this procedure are essential for the performance of medical acts. The performance of disinfection and sterilisation in public and private healthcare units is mandatory, all these objectives being in accordance with the norms of the World Health Organization. The need to ensure disinfectants for the smooth running of medical activities carried out at the "Sf. Maria" Children's Emergency Clinical Hospital, Iasi, involves the acquisition of the products that are the subject of this procedure (,,Open tender" online in a single stage (with the conclusion of a framework agreement for a period of 36 months with five economic operators)). The complexity of the contract/framework agreement = reduced. Since it is not possible to estimate the exact quantities of disinfectants, and the allocation of financial resources is variable to some extent, it is considered appropriate to conclude a framework agreement for a period of 36 months with five economic operators. The framework agreement for products is concluded with each of the five economic operators declared winners (in the event that there are five economic operators). The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 20 days, in accordance with art. 160 of Law 98/2016. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information, on the 12th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, in accordance with art. 160 of Law 98/2016 as amended and supplemented.
