Germany – Repair and maintenance services of medical and precision equipment – Instandhaltung Radiologischer Systeme

Charité Facility Management GmbH (CFM), a subsidiary of Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, is tendering the maintenance of the equipment/ systems listed in the equipment inventory per lot. The services will be divided into 18 lots and awarded. The contractor is obligated to ensure the operational readiness of the medical equipment of the respective lot, considering economic aspects and set priorities at all times. All services of the contractor must be carried out in compliance with legal requirements, in particular the Medical Devices Act (MPDG), the Ordinance on the Establishment, Operation and Application of Medical Devices (MPBetreibV), the Medical Devices Regulation (EU 2017/745) and the relevant technical regulations.
