The municipality of Maastricht, for the organisational unit of Urban Management, will conclude a framework agreement with four (4) winning bidders. This contract includes, among other things, the following functions: driver, environmental park worker, cleaner (leaf blowing, sweeping, etc.), loader, control room worker, gardener, supervisor and green executor, image quality inspector, litter worker, back office worker, (administrative) cemetery worker, (this list is not exhaustive). The municipality reserves the right to use, if and to the extent it deems appropriate, for the fulfilment of a personnel need, either in full or in part, candidates that the municipality obtains or can deploy through other lawful means or in the context of public employment, participation, reintegration, development or learning trajectories. To the extent that the municipality makes use of this possibility, there is no exclusive right of delivery for the contractor with regard to that deployment, and no claim to acceptance, turnover or compensation. The contract only includes the personnel needs for which the municipality actually calls on the contractor.
