Czechia – Exhibition, fair and congress organisation services – Technické a organizační zajištění akcí OPŽP a OPST 2027 - 2029

The subject of the public contract is to ensure technical and organizational support for the preparation and implementation of events organized for the purpose of implementing the Operational Programme for the Environment 2021–2027 (hereinafter „OPŽP“) and tools for using EU funds in the field of cohesion policy under the management of the Ministry of the Environment (MŽP) in the programming period 2028-2034 and the Operational Programme for a Just Transition (hereinafter „OPST“) 2021–2027 and tools for using EU funds in the field of cohesion policy under the management of the Ministry of the Environment (MŽP) in the programming period 2028-2034. This primarily involves ensuring meetings of monitoring committees, negotiations of representatives of the implementation structure including the European Commission, conferences, seminars, or workshops for grant applicants and recipients, etc. Technical and organizational support for events includes, in particular, ensuring meeting rooms, equipment (interpretation equipment, sound reinforcement, projection equipment), interpretation (into English: simultaneous, consecutive, or AI technologies), recording or streaming of meetings including transcription of the recording, catering, transport, possibly accommodation booking for meeting participants, and ensuring moderation of the event and other services related to event organization.
