Czechia – Railway signalling works – Optimalizace a elektrizace trati České Velenice (mimo) – Veselí nad Lužnicí (mimo) – Zabezpečovací zařízení

The subject of this contract is the construction of the „Optimisation and electrification of the České Velenice (excl.) – Veselí nad Lužnicí (excl.) – Signalling Equipment“. The investment action „Optimisation and electrification of the České Velenice (excl.) – Veselí nad Lužnicí (excl.)“ (hereinafter referred to as the „Investment Action“) aims to completely reconstruct and electrify the České Velenice – Veselí nad Lužnicí track section, which will increase track speed and increase the safety of rail and road traffic and further minimise the costs of operating ŽDC. Another goal of the construction is to optimise the scope of the infrastructure. This involves the reconstruction of the superstructure (rails, turnouts) and the railway substructure, culverts and bridges. New platforms 550 mm above TK will be built, as well as TV (AC 25kV 50 Hz system), NN and VN power supply, new communication (cabling, radio, DŘT, ...) and signalling equipment. The investment action is divided into a total of three separate contracts – Infrastructure, Energy and Signalling Equipment, which form a functional unit. The subject of the Public Contract also includes the provision of cooperation relating to the Work or its parts, and that for the duration of the Cooperation Agreement, where part of the Work is understood to mean (but not exclusively) the signalling equipment, operational applications related to the signalling equipment (hereinafter also referred to as the „Equipment“), and in the event of any future needs of the contracting authority to connect the delivered part of the Work to another Equipment by a different contractor/manufacturer.
