3.1. Scope of the contract subject matter

1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forestry in accordance with the definition in art. 6, section 1, point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Dz. U. of 2026 r. poz. 663 – „Act on Forests”) covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, and in the field of nursery management, to be carried out in the area of the Przedborów Forest District in 2027.

2) The scope of the contract subject matter includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, and in the field of nursery management, resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex 2.1. – planned size of works; Annex 2.2.1. – detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and location; Annex 2.2.2. – valuation of the contract value for individual works; Annex 2.3.1. – forestry characteristics in the field of timber harvesting; Annex 2.3.2. – assortment structure of timber harvesting in the forestry; Annex 2.3.3. – compilation of distances and conditions of timber extraction; Annex 2.3.4. – compilation of positions with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and extraction; Annex 2.3.5. – compilation of positions not available for mechanical harvesting; Annex 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of timber harvesting (potential); Annex 2.3.7. – information on the optimal variant of timber harvesting Annex 2.4.1. – potential locations for the care of forest stands; Annex 2.4.2. – compilation of positions not available for renewals carried out with the help of a planter. Annex 2.4.3. - Number of hours.

3) The subject matter scopes compiled in the annexes constituting Annex 2 have an estimated character.

4) The quality standards relating to all essential features of the contract subject matter are specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex 3.1. „Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forestry works" Annex 3.2. Tables of Parameters (separately for each of the Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the „Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forestry works" Annex 3.3. „Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management" Annex 3.4. Tables of Parameters (separately for each of the Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the „Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management" The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) specified in Annex 3.1. to the SWZ and the detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management (activities) specified in Annex 3.3. to the SWZ constitute the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex 2 to the SWZ). If an activity described in the above annexes has not been provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex 3.1. to the SWZ or Annex 3.3. to the SWZ do not apply. The Tables of Parameters contain (separately for each Package) detailed information regarding the manner of implementation of some of the activities described in Annex 3.1. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forestry works or in Annex 3.3. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management, in particular conditions relating to a given Package constituting the subject of the contract.

5) Descriptions of the codes of activities describing individual forestry works (activities) constituting the subject of the contract have been described in Annex 3 to the SWZ.

6) The description of the rules of the procedure for making acceptance of forestry works has been included in Annex 3 to the SWZ.

7) The subject of the contract has been divided into parts („Package”) Package I Ostrzeszów – l: Marydół, Aniołki and Zmyślona; Package II Przedborów – l: Wanda, Przytocznica, Pieczyska and Torzeniec; Package III Węglewice – l: Kuźnica Grabowska, Foluszczyki, Brzeziny and Węglewice; Package IV Sokolniki – l: Czastary, Koziołek, Szustry, Sokolniki and Mieleszynek Package V Harvester Ostrzeszów – l: Marydół, Aniołki and Zmyślona; Package VI Harvester Przedborów – l: Wanda, Przytocznica, Pieczyska and Torzeniec; Package VII Harvester Węglewice – l: Kuźnica Grabowska, Foluszczyki, Brzeziny and Węglewice; Package VIII Harvester Sokolniki – l: Czastary, Koziołek, Szustry, Sokolniki and Mieleszynek Package IX Szkółka – Wanda Forest Nursery. The contractor may submit an offer for one or more Packages. However, an offer submitted for a given Package must cover the entire scope of works provided for in the SWZ for that Package.

8) The place of performance of the subject of the contract will be the administrative area of the Przedborów Forest District.
