The contract consists of design and project management services for the project to enhance the acoustic integration of the urban crossing of Tours between the Sainte-Radegonde interchange (PR205.000) and the Saint-Avertin interchange (PR210.270). This project involves: - The creation of new acoustic screens (approx. 6,000 m²), the deconstruction of existing screens (approx. 2,200 m²) and the reconstruction of raised screens (approx. 3,400 m²) - The treatment of building facades (approx. 40 individual homes and 420 apartments). The contract includes two lots: • Lot No. 1 - A10 – Tours Crossing - Creation of acoustic screens - Principal design and project management services – Design and implementation phases • Lot No. 2 - A10 – Tours Crossing - Façade treatment - Principal design and project management services – Design and implementation phases
