France – Miscellaneous repair and maintenance services – Maintenance des installations de compression, distribution GNV

The present consultation aims to select the holder of the framework agreement for the maintenance of GNV compression and distribution facilities, including associated detection and control equipment. The main activities are: - market management and monitoring, - maintenance methods, - preventive and corrective maintenance, - an on-call service, - regulatory checks and regulatory monitoring. This is a single-award framework agreement for services, with a minimum amount of 1,500,000 euros excl. VAT and a maximum amount of 3,300,000 euros excl. VAT, over the entire duration of the framework agreement (including renewals), in accordance with Article R. 2162-4 1° of the Public Procurement Code. This framework agreement will be executed as and when purchase orders are issued in accordance with Article R. 2162-2 paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Code.
