The present tender notice applies to the renovation task at VIBO’s Department 127, Runddelen, located at the following addresses on Nørrebro, 2200 Copenhagen N:

• Jagtvej 103A-103E + 105A-105C + 107A-107E,

• Thorsgade 8A-8E + 40-44 + 46A-46B.

Runddelen is a general housing department built in 1982, with 6 blocks, 3 shared courtyards and a shared parking area. The project consists of comprehensive renovation work based on a physical master plan for the department. The renovation is carried out with public support and is subject to the legislation applicable to such cases, including relevant circulars and guidelines. The tender for the main contractor contract is conducted as a tender with negotiation in accordance with §§ 61-66 of the Public Procurement Act. Note that the Contracting Authority reserves the right to award the contract based on the initial tender, without conducting negotiations. Provision is also made for the extension of the number of negotiation rounds. Exclusion grounds An economic operator is excluded from participation if the economic operator is subject to one of the mandatory exclusion grounds in the Public Procurement Act's §134 a, § 135, paragraphs 1-3 and § 136, paragraph 1, no. 1-4. An economic operator is also excluded if the economic operator is subject to one of the voluntary exclusion grounds in the Public Procurement Act's § 137, paragraph 1, no. 1-2. An economic operator may not be excluded from participation if the economic operator submits sufficient documentation that the economic operator is reliable, even if the economic operator is subject to one or more of the exclusion grounds in the Public Procurement Act's §§ 135-137, pursuant to the Public Procurement Act's § 138, paragraph 1. Council Regulation (EU) 2022/576 Contracts may not be awarded to the following companies, pursuant to Council Regulation (EU) 2022/576 of 8 April 2022 amending Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine: A. Russian nationals or natural or legal persons, entities or bodies established in Russia B. legal persons, entities or bodies, of which an entity as referred to in the present paragraph (a) directly or indirectly owns more than 50%, or C. natural or legal persons, entities or bodies, acting on behalf of or on the instructions of an entity as referred to in the present paragraph (a) or (b). Likewise, subcontractors or supporting entities that are subject to the above may not be used if this actor's contribution amounts to more than 10% of the contract value. Selection of applicants If more than 4 applicants meet the Contracting Authority's requirements for suitability, the Contracting Authority will select the 4 best applicants. In this assessment, weight will be given to experience with similar tasks. By similar tasks is meant: • Renovation projects of a similar nature • Management of the steering and coordinating role on projects of a similar scale • Handling of environmental remediation • Limited construction site conditions • Renovation around occupied rental properties, where continuous rehousing is included • Renovation carried out in main contracting with own production
