France – Agency fuel cards – Fourniture de carburant, de recharge sur borne électrique, et de prestations associées par cartes accréditives

This consultation aims to award a framework agreement for the supply of fuel, electric charging at charging points, and associated services by accreditation cards. This framework agreement is concluded for a purchasing group coordinated by Coeur d'Essonne Agglomération, which is responsible for awarding the present framework agreement. The members of the group are the following legal entities: Arpajon, Avrainville, Brétigny-sur-Orge, Breuillet, Bruyères-le-Châtel, Cheptainville, Coeur d'Essonne Agglomération (coordinator of the group), Régie publique de l'eau de CDEA, Egly, Guibeville, Marolles-en-Hurepoix, La Norville, Le Plessis-Pâté, Saint-Germain-lès-Arpajon, Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois, Villiers-sur-Orge. The framework agreement, consisting of a single lot, is executed by issuing purchase orders as needed. The services are defined in the Technical Specifications Document (CCTP). The services will be remunerated by applying the unit prices set out in the engagement act to the quantities actually carried out. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount set for the contract and for each member of the group. The maximum amount of the contract is set at 3 824 000 euro(s) excluding tax for its entire duration (including renewal periods). The maximum amounts set for each member are indicated in the engagement act. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period starting on 01/01/2027 or from the date of notification of the framework agreement if the latter is later. The initial period runs until 31/12/2027 inclusive. The framework agreement may be renewed three times for successive periods of one year. The total duration of the contract, including renewals, shall not exceed 4 years. The indicative estimated amounts include all renewal periods.
