The Contracting Authority wishes to use this selection guide to sound out the market for the realisation of a new build. The project encompasses the complete construction of a functional, cost-efficient, and structurally complete shell building. The building is primarily intended to house technical installations and logistical functions [IG1.1][LH1.2]. The construction site requires prior deforestation. With this selection guide, ZOL aims to select candidate contractors who possess the necessary technical competencies, experience, and organisational capacity to successfully realise this strategically important infrastructure project. A more detailed description is included in Annex II project definition.
