Design and build contract for the construction of the 7th fire and rescue centre of the Nantes metropolitan area in the commune of La Montagne (44). The present consultation is a restricted design contest, in accordance with Articles L 2172-1, R2162-15 to R2162-22, and R2162-24, R2172-1 to R2172-2, R2172-4 and R2172-6 of the Public Procurement Code (CCP). The construction of this CIS is the realisation of the project to merge the 5 CIS of the CIS Sud-Ouest Nantes Métropole basin (with the CIS of BOUAYE, BOUGUENAIS, BRAINS, LA MONTAGNE, LE PELLERIN). This new CIS will operate with firefighters, both volunteers and professionals, on duty within the CIS. It will have an approximate floor area of 2000 m² (excluding circulation and technical spaces) over 2 to 3 levels, in the commune of LA MONTAGNE (ZAC « Montagne plus »). The SDIS 44 aims to achieve environmental excellence in terms of design, energy efficiency, land use and environmental protection. The part of the contract relating to the works has a provisional amount of 7 790 000 Euros HT with a base date of: April 2026. The provisional schedule for the operation is as follows: -Launch of studies: April 2027 -Start of construction: 2nd quarter 2028 -End of construction: 4th quarter 2029. The jury for the selection of the winner(s) will take place during the 1st quarter 2027.
