The subject of the framework contract services to be tendered are the procurement, contract and grant law consultancy services for the "New Construction of the Accelerator Centre Facility for Antiproton and Ion Research (FAIR)" in Darmstadt. The framework contract of the previously active contractor is soon to expire. Due to the complexity and scope of the now largely completed project, the procurement, contract and grant law consultancy is to be re-tendered to support the contracting authority (AG). The services to be tendered are to be adapted to the progress of the project.
