Norway – Consultative engineering and construction services – Framework agreement transport and socio-economic analyses (priced effects)

Nye Veier AS needs transport and socio-economic analyses (priced effects). The analyses shall be carried out by using the transport models for passenger (Cube, NTM/RTM) and goods transport (Cube, NGM) and calculation of priced effects for roads (EFFECT). A further description of the need is in the tender documentation chapter D. We plan to enter into a framework agreement with 2-3 tenderers.
