France – Repair and maintenance services of firefighting equipment – Marché de maintenance préventive et corrective des systèmes de sécurité incendie (SSI) des établissements du CAPS - 2027-2030

The present contract concerns the preventive and corrective maintenance of fire safety systems (SSI) equipping the CAPS facilities, as well as the provision of a 24/7 technical telephone standby service. The services include, in particular, periodic preventive maintenance visits, functional checks, maintenance of safety-activated devices (DAS) and smoke extraction equipment, troubleshooting interventions, repairs, as well as the traceability and monitoring of the operations carried out. The contract is awarded in the form of a single-source mixed framework agreement, comprising a part with annual fixed prices for preventive maintenance and telephone standby, and a part with unit prices executed by purchase orders for corrective maintenance. It is broken down into three distinct lots, defined according to the brands of the installed equipment: - Lot 1: Siemens SSI; - Lot 2: Chubb SSI; - Lot 3: SSI other manufacturers (DEF, Esser, AVISS). Each lot is awarded to a single economic operator. The brands mentioned identify the existing installations and do not constitute a restriction of eligibility to the manufacturers only. The duration of the contract is set at 48 months, with a scheduled start date of 1 January 2027.
