4.1. The subject of the order includes – „Supply and installation of stage technology and equipment – complete set; 4.2. The material scope of the subject of the order includes in particular: 1) the supply of a factory-new, from current production and unused before the delivery date, excluding the use necessary to conduct a test of proper operation, from the official distribution channels of the manufacturer, ensuring in particular the implementation of warranty rights for the equipment in the scope specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ together with transport, delivery, installation, and commissioning (if applicable) and setup at the location indicated by the Purchaser, 2) the delivery of technical and user documentation related to the subject of the order, including: a) user manual in Polish - 1 copy in paper version and/or 1 copy in electronic version b) shortened version of the user and safe use manual, in the form of a laminated document (if applicable) c) communication instructions (for hanging) in Polish (if applicable) d) warranty card with a list of authorized service points in Poland e) list of parts and consumables necessary for the ongoing operation of the subject of the order f) maintenance, cleaning, disinfection and sterilization instructions (if applicable) g) CE Certificate (if applicable) and Declaration of Conformity issued by the manufacturer h) list of service activities that can be performed by the user independently without voiding the warranty i) protocols of performed tests, inspections, and measurements specified by regulations (if applicable) k) access codes (approved by the manufacturer) necessary for the operation and servicing of the device (if applicable) 3) delivery with the order of all necessary for proper operation of the wires, cables, connectors, etc. (if required for the proper operation of the product), 4) cleaning of the premises after installation and placement and installation of the subject of the order, 5) conducting training in the operation of the equipment for the indicated employees of the Purchaser (applies to delivered elements, for which such a necessity is provided for in the detailed description of the subject of the order), 6) the costs of transport and insurance of the delivered equipment are borne by the Contractor, 7) all electrical elements of the offered equipment must comply with the Polish power supply standard, 8) the Contractor shall be responsible to the Purchaser for being authorized to introduce into circulation the software installed in the offered equipment and for the Purchaser, as a result of concluding the contract, being authorized to use all the software supplied with the offered equipment within the scope of normal use, 9) the Contractor is responsible for the entire order, including its progress and timely execution, quality, compliance with technical, quality and applicable legal requirements in this regard. 10) Note: The Contractor, when planning the organization of deliveries and installation, should take into account that construction works are being carried out in the investment object (the predicted completion date is 2 December 2026), in connection with which the Contractor should plan the execution of deliveries and installation in agreement with the Contractor of the construction works. 4.3. The detailed description of the subject of the order, size, scope, type and size of deliveries, warranty, service conditions, technical parameters are specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the Contract Project Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
